- History of the target language country and partner university

- Creating and developing linguistic projects

- General English

Our course is based on case study methods.
It will help you to fully immerse in the natural English -speaking environment. We speak English, correct mistakes while communicating in English, learn more about the UK, its history and traditions.
The communication course helps you to break the language barrier, and the course of intercultural communication to adapt in a multicultural environment.
While studying in the UK, we make linguistic projects, multimedia presentations and deliver them.
Our projects deal with the history of universities, cities, attractions, student life, etc. We interview locals, foreign students, professors of partner universities, travel all over the country and learn more about its traditions and customs. We learn to make multimedia presentations to defend our projects.
How will you spend your spare time? (tours – what kind of tours? etc.)
Sightseeing in York and a visit to the York Museum. York Minster, Castle Howard, Scarborough.

Module “Intercultural Dialogue: Moscow – York”: tuition – 72 academic hours (4 weeks);
Module “Intercultural Communication”, University of York: tuition – 60 academic hours (3 weeks); accommodation upon request – residence (no meals), homestay (half-board), tours and course books.

University of York – £1,577 (homestay, half-board).
The price covers tuition, accommodation, tours and course books.
The price does not cover: flight tickets, visa fees and insurance.
