Since then it took more than two thousand years when great empires were built and destroyed, ideologies behind which there were thousands and millions of people around the world were created and overthrown, but the principles of any state control and the basic laws of the authorities still remain attractive for anyone who wants to devote themselves to this oldest and most complicated of the arts. Power, money, influence on the minds of the people, the control of masses - all this and to this day remain the indispensable attributes of the policy.
The process of learning the art of political control starts from the very first year. Professional political analyst and politician should begin with learning to understand all the major issues facing all the states - the history of politics and political doctrines, the world and Russian history, the basic principles of economics and management, the state of the environment and society, the principles of legal systems. Then starts the political specialization - the principles of political consulting, PR and GR, the philosophy of the politics, governance principles in Russia and in the world, techniques and methods of political analysis and forecasting, legal aspects of politics, political journalism.
