Programme Focus

The program provides specialists with analytical, critical and creative skills, essential for students to become competitive professionals in the field of applied and theoretical physics, and in high-tech industry and management spheres — everywhere modern IT are used.

During the entire period of training the students develop knowledge and skills and conduct scientific research in accordance with the selected area: Particle and Nuclear Physics, Statistical Physics, Condensed Matter Physics, in General Relativity and Gravitation.

Programme advantages

RUDN provides students’ practical classes and scientific researches with modern study and research laboratories, provided with up-to-date instruments and computer equipment. Students have a possibility to conduct their scientific researches in the leading research institutes: National Research Centre «Kurchatov Intitute», Prokhorov General Physics Institute of the RAS (Russian Academy of Sciences), Space Research Institute of the RAS. Students take part in grant offering programs. Students can get double diploma under the double degree programs with foreign universities.
