This field is aimed at training the specialists in the field of mathematical and computer modeling of space and other complex technical objects and systems, the development of special software and mathematical support for teaching space missions and spacecraft flight control. This field makes it possible to train the specialists in the field of applied mathematics and the application of computer systems, as well as to obtain the skills required for successful work at the enterprises and research institutions of spacecraft flight control and design of the near-earth space missions as well as the missions to other planets and objects of the solar system, solution of the transport problems for the ensuring of the functioning of the long-term orbital stations, technical bases and settlements on the moon and the planets of the solar system, solution of other actual problems of modern astronautics.
