gaining experience in innovative, pedagogical and research directions.

About partner:
The University was first established in 1893 as an education institution in New Mexico. The first president was the famous archaeologist Edgar Lee Hewatt. In 1902, the institute was transformed into the New Mexico Pedagogical University and later to the New Mexico Highlands University in 1941 as a result of its expanding role beyond pedagogical education. Today the University offers graduate and master’s programs in arts, science, business, education, and social work.
Subject of cooperation:
⦁ joint work within the framework of the double postgraduate program (cotutelle), ⦁ invitation of professors (Professor Julia Larionova, Professor Yannick Guari, Professor Frederic Lamati) from the University of Montpellier for the implementation of research topics
Result of cooperation:

In 2017, Kulakova Alena, postgraduate student in the Department of Inorganic Chemistry, conducted research at the University of Montpellier within the framework of the double postgraduate program. The theme of the scientific work: “Synthesis and study of

Conducting joint research at the RUDN Research center “Crystal Chemistry and Structural Analysis” under the guidance of Professor Julia Larionova (who heads the Center's work since 2017) of the University of Montpellier.

About partner:
University of Montpellier (University de Montpellier) is one of the oldest public institutions of higher education in France and bears the name of the city where it is located. The university has its representative offices and branches in other cities of Hérault and Gar departments. In addition, its educational structure is divided into 3 independent universities: Montpellier I, Montpellier II and Montpellier III. This French educational institution is popular among international students due to the qualitative provision of knowledge, prestige of their diplomas, and free tuition (medical and scientific faculties are the most popular and prestigious).
Subject of cooperation:
organization of joint conferences, attracting talented youth to work on the Institute’s projects.
Result of cooperation:

Invitation of young promising scientists of the Baku State University for joint work on projects at the RUDN Research center “Molecular design and synthesis of innovative compounds for medicine”;

Organization of a conference at the Baku State University with participation of RUDN’s lecturers (http://analitik-kimya.az/blog/?i=2). The event is dedicated to the 85th anniversary of Rafiga Alirza kyzy Aliyeva - a well-known chemist, honored scientist,

About partner:
The University is a large modern scientific center uniting 17 faculties, 124 departments in natural and human sciences, 24 research laboratories, 3 research centers, where scientific research is carried out covering a wide range of science topics - from subjects such as Azerbaijani language, literature and history to genetics, nanomaterials production.
Subject of cooperation:
collaboration on the development of the synthesis of heteroligandic metal complexes as an approach to materials with controlled catalytical, magnetic and photophysical properties.
Result of cooperation:

study peculiarities of transition metals synthesis in different (O, N, P, 8) -ligand environment as well as study of catalytical, magnetic, photophysical properties of synthesized compounds and its interrelation with structure.

About partner:
The Institute of Organoelement Compounds of the Russian Academy of Sciences was established in 1954. The outstanding scientist Alexander Nikolayevich Nesmeyanov (1899-1980), who served as the president of the USSR Academy of Sciences, made a great contribution to its creation as he created the newest organoelement chemistry as an independent scientific discipline linking organic and inorganic chemistry. A.N.Nesmeyanov has headed the Institute for 26 years.
