• Since 2013, is the Executive Secretary of the scientific and methodological Association of universities-developers of the state testing system “Russian test consortium”.
• Dolzhikova Anzhela Viktorovna is the expert of the Institute of linguistic, civilization and migration processes at the Foundation “Russkiy Mir”, the regular participant of the trilateral Russian-German-French expert dialogue on migration, citizenship and related linguistic and civilization issues; organizes international projects in Russia and abroad in the field of support and promotion of the Russian language, studying of migration processes. During 2014-2016, was the member of the Public Council of the Federal migration service of the Russian Federation.
• Since 2018, A.V. Dolzhikova has been a member of the Expert Advisory Council on migration issues under the Main Department for migration of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation.
• Angela Viktorovna is involved as an expert in the development and analysis of legislation in migration and socio-cultural adaptation of foreign citizens in the Russian Federation, participates in discussions on the basis of the Civic Chamber of the Russian Federation, the Federation Council, the presidential Administration of Russia, relevant Federal Executive authorities, as part of its consideration of various legislative initiatives in linguistic and civilization aspects of migration law, issues of legal status of foreign citizens in the Russian Federation and Russian citizenship; is a participant in standard-setting activities, a member of the working group of the Ministry of Education and Science on the development of regulations governing the comprehensive exam as well as a member of the Commission of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia on conducting interviews to the recognition of foreign citizens a Russian native speaker.
• Since 2015, heads the Commission of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Russian Federation on development of methodical support of examination of Russian as a foreign language, Russian History and fundamentals of legislation of the Russian Federation and control and measuring materials.
• A. V. Dolzhikova is a recognized expert of educational tools of migration policy, one of the developers of common organizational and methodological approaches to the implementation of educational procedures for foreign nationals in the Russian Federation: the Concept of the exam on the Russian language, Russian History and Fundamentals of Russian legislation for migrant workers, the Concept of testing in Russian as a foreign language in the form of an interview on the recognition of native Russian language for foreign citizens, applying for citizenship of the Russian Federation and Concept of the exam in Russian as a foreign language for graduates of the preparatory faculties (departments) of the Russian universities developed within the realization of migration legislation of the Russian Federation.
• A. V. Dolzhikova is the author of Organizational and methodological recommendations of the Ministry of Education and Science of Russia on conducting a comprehensive exam on Russian language proficiency, knowledge of History and Fundamentals of legislation of the Russian Federation for the subjects of the Russian Federation.
• Recommendations for the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation on the organization of the interview for recognition as a native Russian speaker were prepared under the guidance of A.V. Dolzhikova.
• The annual international scientific and practical conference “Russian language and problems of socio-cultural adaptation of foreign citizens in the Russian Federation”, which is the largest public and professional platform to discuss educational tools of migration policy in the Russian Federation is held on the initiative of A.V. Dolzhikova.
• Interaction with international professional public organizations is carried out: German Academic Exchange Service (DAAD), University of Cambridge, International Association of Teachers of Russian Language and Literature, Association of Language Testers of Europe (ALTE), and International Organization for Migration (IOM).
• Since 2019, Vice-President of the “Association of Teachers of Russian Language and Literature”, member of the Russian language Council under the President of the Russian Federation.
• A. V. Dolzhikova maintains active contacts with her compatriots abroad, provides methodological support to more than 20 Russian language schools and courses in Europe, the CIS, Asia and Latin America. On the initiative of A.V. Dolzhikova, a delegation of Russian teachers annually conducts a state exam in Russian for Estonian school graduates within bilateral Russian-Estonian cooperation.
• More than 50 study guides, reference materials, educational and methodical complexes devoted to organizational-methodical and scientific-practical aspects of testing different categories of foreign citizens were prepared under the direction of A. V. Dolzhikova.
• A. V. Dolzhikova is the head of the Laboratory for the study of migration processes of RUDN University, the author of 3 monographs on the subject of migration and socio-cultural adaptation of foreign citizens and 41 indexed articles in international publications, as well as in Russian specialized publications (“Higher education”, “Bulletin of the Federation Council”, etc.).
• A.V. Dolzhikova was awarded departmental awards of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Russian Federation “Honored worker of higher professional education of the Russian Federation”, Federal Migration Service of the Russian Federation “For active work on the implementation of the state migration policy”, the Mayor of Moscow “Honorary worker of education of the city of Moscow”, the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation “For assistance in measures to protect public labor and combat drug trafficking”.
