Profession

He/she can solve managerial tasks in various fields of activity: from creating a business model and organizing a company's production activities to communicating with the staff and customers.
The profession and acquired competencies are characterized by a wide scope and will allow the graduate to become a successful leader, both in high-tech enterprises and state corporations, and in the business environment.

Educational Process

The leading Russian and foreign lecturers and top managers of large corporations being involved in the educational process, as well as implementing internship programmes exclusively in companies-potential employers, provide both theoretical academic knowledge and the acquisition of a set of practical skills. Starting from the first year, students get immersed in the profession; each student is assigned to a mentor from a partner organization and the topics of term papers and theses are negotiated with the management of enterprises. In addition to studying modern theory and practice of management and organization of production at enterprises of high technology industries, the specifics of personnel management in high-tech organizations, this programme involves an in-depth study of modern methods of analyzing competitors and acquiring skills in building strategies.
Students of the programme are provided with educational and methodological materials, including in digital format.
The main courses are: Business Intelligence, Financial Accounting and Analysis, Organization of a Production Management System, Management of Science-Intensive Products Cost, Strategic Management, Information Technologies in Management.

Practice

As part of the programme, students undergo educational, industrial and undergraduate internships in such organizations as AO Helicopters of Russia, AO United Aircraft Corporation, AO Russian Space Systems, AO United Engine Corporation, AO United Instrument Corporation, AO Lanit, etc.
