Professor B.Sternin is a mathematician well-known in Russia and abroad\, author of 17 monographs and about 400 scientific papers\, is among top 10 Russian mathematicians (see Mathnet.ru). He worked in universities and scientific centers in Russia\, France\, Germany\, Sweden and Great Britain. Among his students there are a number of well-known mathematicians.
