Meeting Vice-Rector RUDN LI Ephraim with the Cultural Attaché of the Embassy of the Islamic Republic of Afghanistan to the Russian Federation Mr. Shah Sultan Akif

February 10, 2017 the delegation of the Embassy of the Islamic Republic of Afghanistan in the Russian Federation headed by the Cultural Attaché Mr. Shah Sultan Akif paid a courtesy visit to Vice-Rector of the Russian Peoples' Friendship University (RUDN) of the International Academic Mobility LI Ephraim.
