Biography

1980

Graduated from the Engineering Faculty of Peoples’ Friendship University named after Patrice Lumumba (now RUDN University) in speciality “Civil engineer”.  

1984 - present time

Works at RUDN University.

1999 - 2020

First Vice-rector of RUDN University.

2001

Candidate thesis for the degree of Candidate of Economic Sciences was defended.

2003

Doctoral thesis for the degree of Doctor of Economics was defended.

2020 - present time

Vice-rector for international scientific and technical activities.

Honours and awards

• Honorary worker of higher professional education of the Russian Federation;
• Honored worker of higher education;
• Order of Honor, medal in honor of the 850th anniversary of Moscow;
• Government awards of the Latin continent.

Scientific interests

Research in the field of innovative engineering technologies. Formation of an economic and organizational mechanism for reproduction of fixed assets of higher education institutions in the context of reduced budget funding.

Author of more than 80 scientific works (monographs, course-books, scientific articles in collections indexed in the Web of Science core collection and Scopus).
