Electronic application for distance learning opportunities.

• Passport
• Documents confirming the need for transfer to a remote format

Service duration – 7 business days.

How to apply?

STEP 1
Download the application “RUDN University” from App Store/Google play or through browser lk.rudn.ru.

STEP 2
Log in with your RUDN ID account (corporate mail).

STEP 3
Go to “Services”, then “Multiservice Center”, then select “Application”, then select from the list of services available for ordering “Application for distance learning”.

STEP 4
Fill out the application form, select the academic year, semester, subject, and reason for transferring.

STEP 5
Attach documents.

STEP 6
Submit your application.

STEP 7
After the application is processed, a push notification will be sent to the “My Applications” section asking the student to sign the application (a “Sign Application” button will appear). The application must be signed, otherwise it will not be submitted to the committee for review. The result of the service provision—approval or refusal to transfer to distance learning — is sent to the student’s corporate email.
