Archival Certificate of Registration

Archival Certificate of Registration

The Archival Registration Certificate confirms the fact of temporary registration in the university dormitory before 2008. If you were registered from 2009 onwards, you need to order the “Certificate of Registration at the Place of Stay” service.

The certificate indicates personal data, the date, and the address of the dormitory room where you were registered.

In what form is the certificate provided

The certificate is provided in two versions — electronic (signed with a digital signature) and paper. The electronic certificate, signed with a digital signature, is sent to your personal account and email. In this case, visiting the RUDN MFC is not required. By law, an electronic certificate is equivalent to a paper one if you send it electronically. A printed electronic certificate has no legal force.

A paper certificate is needed if the requesting authority does not accept the electronic format. It can be ordered through your personal account at lk.rudn.ru. The paper document must be collected in person at the RUDN MFC by prior appointment.

Required documents:

  • Passport

Processing time is 30 business days.
