Certificate for Military Enlistment Office

This certificate is given to students (undergraduates, graduates and postgraduates), currently enrolled at RUDN, in order to grant them a deferral from conscription. It includes information about their major, period and form of study, and level of education. It also includes the address of the military enlistment office, where the document has to be submitted.

NOTE! Only full-time students can be granted a deferral from conscription.

Required documents:

  • Passport with current registration
  • Certificate of temporary residence (for students in dorms)
  • Military registration document (certificate, ID card, officer's document, or other equivalent) with evidence of attachment to Moscow military enlistment office

In what form is the certificate provided

The certificate is provided in two versions – electronic (certified with a digital signature) and paper. An electronic certificate, certified with a digital signature, is sent to your personal account and by e-mail. In this case, a visit to the MFC RUDN University is not required. By law, an electronic certificate is equivalent to a paper one if you send it electronically. The printed electronic certificate has no legal force.

A paper certificate is needed if the electronic format is not accepted at the place of request. You can order it through your personal account https://lk.rudn.ru /. You must pick up the paper document in person at the MFC RUDN University by appointment.

Service duration – 5 business days.

How to request this document?

STEP 1
Download the application “RUDN University” from App Store/Google play or through browser lk.rudn.ru.

STEP 2
Log in with your RUDN ID account (corporate mail).

STEP 3
Go to “Services”, then “Multiservice Center”, then select “Military Registration Procedure”, then select from the list of services available for ordering “Certificate for Military Enlistment Office”.

STEP 4
Select the form of the document (electronic or paper).

STEP 5
Select the document type (military registration document). Depending on the selected document, you must fill in the fields for the selected military registration document.

STEP 6
Attach a scanned copy of your military registration document (see page descriptions depending on the document category).

STEP 7
Attach a scan of your passport with registration.

STEP 8
Attach a registration certificate (the page with the current registration in the identity card/temporary registration certificate).

STEP 9
Apply for the service.

If you choose a paper statement, you must select the number of copies and the date of admission to the MFC RUDN University.

You can pick up the finished statement in person, or to a representative by a notarized power of attorney. The applicant must present an identity document (Rector’s Order No. 11 dated 16.01.2024).

If you select the "Digitally signed Document" receipt type, a scanned copy of the document will be attached to the application in your personal account in PDF format.

An electronic statement is provided immediately on the day of application.

If the student has several orders, extracts will be provided for all orders with a digital signature.
