Certificate of a One-Time Allowance Due to the Birth of a Child
The certificate confirms the fact of providing or not providing maternity leave. The certificate contains information about the specialty, the duration and form of education, the level of training, the form of financing, as well as the corresponding order for maternity leave, or the absence of this order/about the place of work and current position (for employees). The amount of the allowance corresponds to a one-time scholarship payment.
In what form is the certificate provided
The certificate is provided in two versions — electronic (signed with a digital signature) and paper. The electronic certificate, signed with a digital signature, is sent to your personal account and email. In this case, visiting the RUDN MFC is not required. By law, an electronic certificate is equivalent to a paper one if you send it electronically. A printed electronic certificate has no legal force.
A paper certificate is needed if the requesting authority does not accept the electronic format. It can be ordered through your personal account at lk.rudn.ru. The paper document must be collected in person at the RUDN MFC by prior appointment.
