Certificate of Full State Support

Certificate of Full State Support

This document confirms the student’s status and their right to be on full state support until the end of their studies. The certificate indicates the educational program, year of study, duration of study, and form of funding.

Who is the Certificate of Full State Support provided to

The certificate is issued to current full-time students recognized as orphans or children without parental care, as well as those who lost both parents or a single parent during their studies, to confirm the fact of full state support.

NOTE! Upon reaching the age of 23, students from this category retain the right to full state support and additional social support guarantees until the completion of their studies.

In what form is the statement provided

The certificate is provided in two versions — electronic (signed with a digital signature) and paper. The electronic certificate, signed with a digital signature, is sent to your personal account and email. In this case, visiting the RUDN MFC is not required. By law, an electronic certificate is equivalent to a paper one if you send it electronically. A printed electronic certificate has no legal force.

A paper certificate is needed if the requesting authority does not accept the electronic format. It can be ordered through your personal account at lk.rudn.ru. The paper document must be collected in person at the RUDN MFC by prior appointment.

Required documents:

  • Passport

Service duration – 3 business days.
