Certified Copy of The Referral from The Ministry of Science and Higher Education of Russia

This document confirms that the international student is on a scholarship funded program.

NOTE! International students, who do not have a scholarship are not eligible to receive this document.

Required documents:

• Passport, copy of passport

Service duration – 2 business days.

How to request this document?

STEP 1
Download the application “RUDN University” from App Store/Google play or through browser lk.rudn.ru.

STEP 2
Log in with your RUDN ID account (corporate mail).

STEP 3
Go to “Services”, then “Multiservice Center”, then select “Copies of Documents”, then select from the list of services available for ordering “Certified Copy of The Referral from The Ministry of Science and Higher Education of Russia”.

STEP 4
Choose the form of the document (digital or paper form).

STEP 5
Send the request.

You can pick up the certificate personally, or through a representative with a Notarized Power of Attorney. The person must provide a passport at pick-up. (Rector’s Order № 197 dated March 24, 2021).

If you select the digital version, a PDF scan of the document will be sent to your personal account.
