Dormitory Lease Agreement

At the RUDN University Multifunctional Center, specialists from the Accommodation and Resident Support Department provide consultations on room selection and a list of additional services.

IMPORTANT! Dormitory assignments are based on the Rector's orders, primarily based on international student numbers, but also on the student's year, level of preparation, and preferences, subject to availability.

IMPORTANT! A referral for a room viewing and check-in is only available after a medical examination and an electronic report from a physician at the RUDN University Clinical and Diagnostic Center.

How to request this service?

STEP 1
Download the application “RUDN University” from App Store/Google play or through browser lk.rudn.ru.

STEP 2
Log in with your RUDN ID account (corporate mail).

STEP 3
Go to “Services”, then “Multiservice Center”, then select “Contract Signing”, then select from the list of services available for ordering “Dormitory Lease Agreement”.

STEP 4
Make an appointment to MFC in RUDN mobile app

STEP 5
Obtain a referral for a permanent residence in a hostel (Miklukho-Maklaya st., 6, MFC RUDN University. Contact the specialist. Sign up a dormitory agreement and receive an invoice.

STEP 6

Pay the accommodation fee (it is necessary to pay for accommodation in a hostel on time, payment is made before every 10th day of the settlement month).
