Extension of Registration Period
It’s a procedure for extending the temporary registration of the students and employees residing at the University dormitory. This service in necessary when extending the validity of the dormitory contract (For example, the period of study is 4 years, while the dormitory contract has a validity period of 2 years with the possibility of further extension).
NOTE! The registration is given according to the validity of the dormitory contract
To submit an application to the RUDN University Multifunctional Center, the following documents are required:
- Identity document (copy of document)
- Dormitory accommodation agreement (copy of document)
- Previous form of temporary registration certificate
- If the applicant is under 18, a birth certificate (copy of birth certificate) and a copy of the parent’s ID card are required
The temporary registration certificate will be issued within 21 business days.
How to request this service?
STEP 1
Download the application “RUDN University” from App Store/Google play or through browser lk.rudn.ru.
STEP 2
Log in with your RUDN ID account (corporate mail).
STEP 3
Go to “Services”, then “Multiservice Center”, then select “Registration”, then select from the list of services available for ordering “Extension of Registration Period”.
STEP 4
Make an appointment.
It is necessary to pick up the finished document upon personal application to the MFC RUDN, providing an identity document (Rector’s Order No. 11 16.01.2024).
