Recovery of a Migration Card
This service is provided if your migration card has been lost or damaged.
To recover your migration card, you must do the following within three calendar days:
- Obtain a fingerprinting form (download the document from your personal account — lk.rudn.ru).
- Contact the police station (RUDN University Police Station — 19 Miklukho-Maklaya Street).
- Complete a notification slip confirming acceptance of your application for lost migration card.
- Submit your fingerprints at the police station.
- Contact the MFC RUDN and submit the original applications and accompanying documents in person.
Required documents for this service:
- Identity document and a copy
- Current registration and a copy
- A copy of the visa page (for foreign citizens residing in the Russian Federation on a visa).
A duplicate migration card is issued at the local branch of the Department of Migration Affairs of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation within 10 business days.
How to order the “Recovery of a Migration Card” service?
STEP 1
Download the application “RUDN University” from App Store/Google play or through browser lk.rudn.ru.
STEP 2
Log in with your RUDN ID account (corporate mail).
STEP 3
Go to “Services”, then “Multiservice Center”, then select “Registration”, then select from the list of services available for ordering “Recovery of a Migration Card”.
STEP 4
Submit a service request and select a date to visit the MFC RUDN to submit your migration card renewal documents. (Important! Before visiting the RUDN University MFC, please contact the police department; see instructions above.)
You must pick up your completed document in person at the RUDN University MFC, presenting an identification document (Rector’s Order No. 11 dated January 16, 2024). No appointment is required.
