Refund Application for Medical Contract

This service is provided to students in the event of expulsion, academic leave, or overpayment for medical contract.

IMPORTANT! This service is provided subject to the availability of funds for a refund.

Required documents:

  • Passport
  • Notarized translation of an identity document
  • Bank card details
  • Payment confirmation document

Service duration – 10 business days.

How to submit an application?

STEP 1
Download the application “RUDN University” from App Store/Google play or through browser lk.rudn.ru.

STEP 2
Log in with your RUDN ID account (corporate mail).

STEP 3
Go to “Services”, then “Multiservice Center”, then select “Application”, then select from the list of services available for ordering “Refund Application for Medical Contract”.

STEP 4
elect a contract.

STEP 5
Specify the date and reason for termination.

STEP 6
Specify the recipient’s full name. Attach scanned documents.

STEP 7
Send the request.

STEP 8
After your application is processed, you will receive a push notification in the “My Applications” section asking the student to sign the application (a “Sign Application” button will appear). You must sign the application, otherwise it will not be sent to the committee for review.

STEP 9
Wait for the application review result within 10 business days of signing the application.
