Request for Postponement of Payment
This service allows students to postpone the tuition payment date.
The decision of the committee will be sent through corporate email and the status of the application will also be displayed in your personal account.
Required documents:
- Passport
- Documents confirming the rights of receiving financial aid
Service duration – 14 business days.
How to access the service?
STEP 1
Download the application “RUDN University” from App Store/Google play or through browser lk.rudn.ru.
STEP 2
Log in with your RUDN ID account (corporate mail).
STEP 3
Go to “Services”, then “Multiservice Center”, then select “Financial Aid”, then select from the list of services available for ordering “Request for Postponement of Payment”.
STEP 4
Choose the required contract.
STEP 5
Choose the required payment schedule.
STEP 6
Show the reasoning for requesting payment postponement.
STEP 7
Attach the scans of the required documents, confirming the basis for receiving payment postponement.
STEP 8
Send the request.
STEP 9
After processing the request, a notification will be sent for the student to sign the document in “My applications” (A “sign document” button will appear). The document needs to be signed otherwise the committee will not consider it for approval.
STEP 10
Expect the committee’s review results within 14 business days of signing your application. The status of your application will be sent to your personal account and to your corporate email. If the review is successful, you will need to sign an additional agreement to the contract with a new payment schedule.
