Statement of the Personal Order

Statement of the Personal Order is a document containing information from orders related to training, such as an order for enrollment, expulsion, academic leave, etc. An extract from orders is issued only in Russian.

In what form is the statement provided

The statement is provided in two versions – electronic (digitally signed) and paper. An electronic statement, certified with a digital signature, is sent to your personal account and to your email address. In this case, a visit to the MFC RUDN University is not required. By law, an electronic statement is equivalent to a paper one if you send it electronically. A printed electronic statement has no legal effect.

A paper statement is required if the electronic format is not accepted at the place of request. You can order it through your personal account lk.rudn.ru. You must pick up the paper document in person at the MFC RUDN University by appointment.

How to order and receive statement of the personal order?

STEP 1
Download the application “RUDN University” from App Store/Google play or through browser lk.rudn.ru.

STEP 2
Log in with your RUDN ID account (corporate mail).

STEP 3
Go to “Services”, then “Multiservice Center”, then select “Statements and Certificates”, then select from the list of services available for ordering “Statement of the Personal Order”.

STEP 4
Select the service type (electronic document or paper).

STEP 5
Submit a request for the service.

If you choose a paper extract, you need to select the number of copies and the date of your appointment at the RUDN MFC.

The completed extract can be collected in person or by a representative with a notarized power of attorney. The applicant must present an identity document (Rector’s Order No. 11 dated 16.01.2024).

If you select the “Document with digital signature” delivery type, a scan of the document will be attached to the request in your personal account in PDF format.

The electronic extract is provided immediately on the day of request.

If a student has multiple orders, extracts will be provided for all orders with a digital signature.
