International Commercial Arbitration Мoot

Students from the RUDN University Faculty of Law participated in the competition “ТНЕ ANNUAL WILLEM С. VIS INTERNATIONAL COMMERCIAL ARBITRATION МООТ” under the UNCITRAL egis in Vienna The most outstanding event of a global scale for the legal community ТНЕ ANNUAL WILLEM С. VIS INTERNATIONAL COMMERCIAL ARBITRATION МООТ” took place for the 20th time in Vienna, Austria. This competition is held under the auspices of UNCITRAL - United Nations Commission on International Trade Law. Students of the leading Law Schools from all over the world come together to compete in a model process in the International Commercial Arbitration. Certain countries hold national elimination rounds before the main competition in Vienna. This year the RUDN University team played in MSU against 6 teams. In accordance with the regulations, in Vienna the RUDN University team played against following Universities: 1. University of Heidelberg (Germany). 2. National University of Аsunción (Paraguay) - 3. University оf Western Ontario (Canada) 4. University of San Diego (USA). Arbitrators from the USA, Great Britain, Austria, Germany, Venezuela and many other countries paid tribute to the high level and professionalism of the RUDN University team.
