The round table “The Soviet nation’s victory over the Nazism is the enduring spiritual value and national heritage”. On the 20th of February in the Institute of Foreign Languages the round table ”The Soviet nation’s victory over the Nazism is the enduring spiritual value and national heritage” took place. This event is devoted to the 70th anniversary of the Soviet nation’s victory in the Great Patriotic War. Zelgin S. who is the colonel of the reserve of PS Federal Security Service of Russia, Honored Russian lawyer, corresponding RANS member, PhD of Juridical Sciences, associate professor of the IFL Social Pedagogy Departmentmade an important report “The role and the place of the border forces in the Great Patriotic War”. In his report he touched upon the heroism of the soviet border guards, who were the first to face the attack of the Nazis on the 22nd of June, 1941. N.Parhitko, PhD in historical sciences, head of the “Foreign regional studies” department also made a report devoted to the work of the national searching group. During his report he showed a number of archeological artifacts that were discovered by himself as well as by the searching group under his command during the excavations in the places of main battles of the Great Patriotic War. Developing the topic of the heroism shown by the soviet people in the course of the Great Patriotic War N.Parhitko emphasized the necessity of the observance of glorious traditions of our homeland’s war history.
