All-Russian Scientific-methodological Workshop. November 7, as a result of scientific research “Scientific-methodological control of the work of educational institutions which carry out programs for disabled children and special classes for disabled children, and its realization” the Academic Institute of Comparative education policy organized all-Russian scientific-methodological workshop “Up-to-date problems of Russian Federation territorial entities functions in the educational field and their capacity to create special conditions for disabled children in order to provide them with education” under the aegis of Russian Ministry of Education and Science. More than 100 educational specialists of Russian territorial entities, representatives of special educational institutes and regional and republic psychological, medical and educational consultations from 50 constituent entities of Russia participated at the workshop. The deputy head of the Department of protection of children's rights state policy of the Ministry of Education and Science of Russia I.O. Terekhina, Russian Ministry of Education and Science specialists L.P.Falkovskaya, A.G.Karpov, and special education specialists T.V. Volosovets, E.N. Kutepova, non-profit organization representative A.L. Bitova made reports.
