Conference “Communication media in polycentric world : problems and prospects”

“Communication media in polycentric world : problems and prospects” , the 5th All- Russian research and practice conference. November 5, “ Communication media in polycentric world : problems and prospects” , the 5th All- Russian research and practice conference took place on a high scientific level on the base of RUDN University`s Philological faculty. The main problems of the conference: up-to-date functioning of mass media and communication, topical issues of advertising and public relations. More than 180 people participated in this conference. 34 leading scientists, professors, Doctors of sciences and PhDs, 19 participants from Russian regions represented 5 Russian territorial entities and 9 participants from different countries took part in it. Two professional master classes dedicated to anthropophonics and advertising communication problems were given in the framework of the conference. During the conference all the issues in view were solved. The top representatives of mass media, publicity and PR-agencies spoke at the plenary meeting. The key scientists in the fields of mass media, PR and publicity, new media, imagology and international journalism spoke at the conference sections.
