Eurasian Youth Festival ‘Eurasia is Us”

Eurasian Youth Festival ‘Eurasia is Us” together with the Federal Agency for the Commonwealth of Independent States, Compatriots Living Abroad and International Humanitarian Cooperation October 28-31, Eurasian youth festival ‘Eurasia is Us” will be held in Moscow and Ryazan. It is organized by the Federal Agency for the Commonwealth of Independent States, Compatriots Living Abroad and International Humanitarian Cooperation, Peoples` Friendship University of Russia, Sholokhov Moscow State University for Humanities and Ryazan State University n.a. S. A. Yesenin. The participants of the festival are experts and youth leaders from Eurasian states, among them journalists, leaders of youth organizations, young politicians, people of science and culture. In total, 200 people will take part in the festival. The general part of the festival is a varied business programme. Such important topics as Eurasian integration, historical and cultural community, educational and scientific cooperation, youth organizations development in Eurasia, will be discussed at round-table meetings, workshops and conferences with Russian and foreign specialists. The participants are in for concerts of student groups and an interesting cultural programme. At the end of the festival a resolution is supposed to be signed. It will include issues of discussion and recommendations concerning future development of the activities to succeed.
