Forum of the International student construction team “Friendship Meridian”
The meeting of the International student construction team “Friendship Meridian”will be held on November 25. This day the best participants, counselors, leaders and veterans of the student brigade of any age traditionally come together in RUDN.
The programme of the forum includes exhibitions, interactive sector, roundtable discussion, festival “National cuisines in the world”, greetings of public officials, rewarding the veterans and the best members of the International student construction team “Friendship Meridian” (ISCT), handing the badge of honor “Udarnik” and a gala concert.
The International student construction team movement at RUDN University started in 1964. RUDN is a miniature globe within the space of one university. Without any hesitation, the student construction team of RUDN is independent and unique in the ranks of other teams. From the beginning the construction team of RUDN annually held meetings before 1990, when the movement of student teams lost the government support. In 1999, this tradition was revived.
Students of other Moscow universities, veterans of RUDN ISCT, representatives of different student movements and public authorities are invited at the Forum.

The aaniversary medal to the 100th anniversary of V.F. Stanis is awarded to RUDN current and ex-employees and students for: significant contribution to the university development; long-standing commitment to maintaining ties with the university; fruitful cooperation of Russian and foreign organizations, scientists and public figures with the university.
RUDN University employees’ work and contribution to the development of the university cannot go unappreciated. The Ministry of Science and Higher Education of Russia recognizes talented university employees and present them with various departmental and state awards.
In 2023, the Public Council of the Russian Ministry of Education and Science conducted an independent assessment of the quality of conditions for educational activities. More than 300 universities and branches provided information on the quality of education.
