Helping international graduates get employed. RUDN invites Associations of RUDN and Russian universities graduates to cooperate

In 2016, RUDN started employing international graduates. Natalia Neporada, Head of RUDN employment department says that the first years after graduation are very important and we want to help our graduates find a job in their countries.

Traditionally it is Russian graduates universities help find jobs, so employment of international graduates is a unique project no other university has ever done. To be realized these plans need support of Alumni Associations. Sergey Karnilovich, Head of Internship and employment department says that the university is proud of its alumni who are successful and can help young specialists find jobs.

In 2016, RUDN held round tables for more than 700 employers with the participation of Associations in Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Kirgizia, Germany, Morocco, Angola, Sri-Lanka, Mongolia, Vietnam,Jordan, Lebanon, Turkey, Dominican Republic and Equatorial Guinea.

In October 2016, RUDN hosted an international conference “HEI and employers: effective cooperation for attracting, training and employing international students” where more than 150 employers took part, 45 participants were RUDN and other Russian and Soviet HEIs international alumni. Participants reviewed different models of cooperation “HEI – employer”. The round table is going to be annual.

RUDN invites Alumni Associations to cooperate – send job requests to hire highly qualified personnel, broaden business contacts with entrepreneurs and suggest candidates for the RUDN employers’ club.

3.  Palestinian Association of RF and USSR HEIs graduates in Lebanon - Lebanon

4. Association of graduates of Russian-language HEIs in Palestine - Palestine

5. Palestinian Association of graduates of Russian and CIS HEIs - Palestine

6. Association of graduates of Russian and Soviet HEIs in Syria - Syria

7. Egyptian Association of graduates of Russian and Soviet HEIs - Egypt

8. AMLUIS (Moroccan Association of ex-USSR HEIs graduates) – Morocco

9. Iraqi Association of graduates of Russian and Soviet HEIs – Iraq

10. Association of graduates of Russian and Soviet HEIs – NAZARETH – Israel

11. Association of graduates of Yemen Republic – Yemen

In 2023, the Public Council of the Russian Ministry of Education and Science conducted an independent assessment of the quality of conditions for educational activities. More than 300 universities and branches provided information on the quality of education.
