June 2, 10.00 am RUDN University hosts IV All-Russia conference “The Russian language and issues of socio-cultural adaptation of foreign citizens in the Russian Federation”
The event is organized together with the RF Ministry of education and science. In the course of the conference it is planned to discussed prospects of development of foreign citizens testing system, topical issues of federal and regional testing systems, normative-legislative, economic and methodological components of the complex exam.

Traditionally heads and experts of the RF and foreign HEI, representatives of federal institutions and RF subjects involved in the complex testing will participate in the conference.
Additionally, the lecture-workshop “Russian language in schools and homes for the children of new compatriots” and the lecture-presentation devoted to the language testing in accordance with Russian and European standards will be held within the framework of this event. All participants will get the set of educational material.
The theme of adaptation and integration of children of new compatriots in the Russian Federation was discussed earlier during the Round Table “Education of children of migrants in the Russian school: problems and solutions”. During this event different important issues were bespoken including the proposal concerning the improvement of educational system for the migrant children (RUDN). The discussion was attended by representatives of the Ministry of Education and Science, directors of Moscow schools, specialists in in the field of testing Russian as a foreign language.
In 2023, the Public Council of the Russian Ministry of Education and Science conducted an independent assessment of the quality of conditions for educational activities. More than 300 universities and branches provided information on the quality of education.
