RUDN Graduate appointed Deputy Chairman of the Executive Board of Rosbank

Rosbank board of directors in agreement with Bank of Russia appointed Konstantin Artyukh a Deputy Chairman of the Board, member of the board of the credit agency. At this appointment he oversees the legal and administrative blocks, as well as bancassurance division and division of labor with regulators. Earlier he changed the position of senior vice president, head of credit and operating blocks and member of DeltaCredit bank board for an appointment in Rosbank. Konstantin Artyukh graduated magna cum laude from Peoples’ Friendship University of Russia. He holds a PHD in law, studied law and activities in the field of mortgages in the University of Valencia (Spain). He also received MBA at the University of Chicago Booth School (USA). Mr. Artyukh has extensive experience in law, corporate governance and banking. He held a position of Deputy Head of the Legal Department in KMB Bank, majoring in small business lending within the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development Program. Before that Mr. Artyukh held an appointment of senior lawyer of the legal department of Zenit bank, and also gave classes at law faculties of Moscow State Open University and RUDN University.
