RUDN delegation headed by L.Efremova, Vice-Rector for international academic mobility is to visit Latin American countries
During 2 weeks the delegation will have meetings in the education ministries of the 4 countries, coordinate current working programs and sign new agreements with the leading universities of the world.
RUDN delegation headed by Larisa Efremova, Vice-Rector for international academic mobility is to visit Ecuador, Columbia, Peru and Chili to participate in “Expo-Estudiante”, an international educational exhibition uniting all world universities. During 2 weeks the delegation will have meetings in the education ministries of the 4 countries, coordinate current working programs and sign new agreements with the leading universities of the world.
The delegation comprises RUDN professors- coordinators of Latin American international projects from the faculty of Science, Engineering faculty and Agrarian-Tecnological Institute, who will hold a series of scientific Olympiads to select the most talented bachelor students for further studies at RUDN. RUDN Centre for the Russian language and pre-university training is planned to be opened at one of the leading universities of Ecuador.

April 5 – Olympiads on physics and mathematics at Universidad Tecnológica Equinoccial
Columbia:
April 7, San Fernando Plaza hotel, Medellin
April 9 – 10, Hilton Bogota hotel, Bogota
April 9, Olympiad in Santo Tomas University.
Peru:
April 12 – 13, the delegation presents RUDN educational programs in Swissotel Lima.
April 12, Olympiads on physics, mathematics and Russian at the National Engineering University and Leo Tolstoy Institute of Culture.
Chili:
April 15 – 16, Expo-Estudiante exhibition in W-Hotel, Santiago.
April 14, Olympiads on physics and mathematics in Andres Bello National University.
The aaniversary medal to the 100th anniversary of V.F. Stanis is awarded to RUDN current and ex-employees and students for: significant contribution to the university development; long-standing commitment to maintaining ties with the university; fruitful cooperation of Russian and foreign organizations, scientists and public figures with the university.
RUDN University employees’ work and contribution to the development of the university cannot go unappreciated. The Ministry of Science and Higher Education of Russia recognizes talented university employees and present them with various departmental and state awards.
In 2023, the Public Council of the Russian Ministry of Education and Science conducted an independent assessment of the quality of conditions for educational activities. More than 300 universities and branches provided information on the quality of education.
