RUDN invites leading specialists from all over the world
Since March 2016, RUDN has started to attract foreign experts through the sector of marketing and recruitment, which has helped employ 11 experts in the first 6 months of work. Due to big changes in RUDN and transition to research type university, HR department has to attract internationally recognized specialists to research, teaching and administrative positions.

Due to big changes in RUDN and transition to research type university, HR department has to attract internationally recognized specialists to research, teaching and administrative positions. For facilitated hiring procedure:
a candidate for a post or research project is chosen ®department appoints a curator ®if the candidate agrees his/her contacts are forwarded to RUDN sector of marketing and recruitment ®invitation and necessary employment documents are processed ®invited specialist comes, brings originals of the documents and just signs the filled-in papers.
In 2016, 11 foreign experts from Azerbaijan, Belarus, Vietnam, Iran, Kazakhstan, Lithuania and Ukraine were invited to Agrarian-Technological Institute, Institute of Biochemical technologies and Nanotechnology, Faculty of Humanitarian and Social sciences, Department of pharmaceutical and toxicological chemistry and Department of organic chemistry. These experts also headed a few research centers: Center for Gravity, Cosmology, Astrophysics and Space Systems, Center for Molecular Design and Synthesis of Innovation Compounds for Medicine and Center for Mathematic Models in Interdisciplinary Research.
The sector of marketing and recruitment has ambitious plans for 2017 – by September hire international specialistsboth to enhance RUDN competitiveness in the frame of 5-100 project and to strengthen international cooperation in education, research and socio-cultural interaction.
In 2023, the Public Council of the Russian Ministry of Education and Science conducted an independent assessment of the quality of conditions for educational activities. More than 300 universities and branches provided information on the quality of education.
