RUDN University in the Times Higher Education Impact Ranking 2021

THE University Impact Rankings analyzes the impact of higher education on the development of society and the achievement of the UN Sustainable Development Goals.

RUDN University in the 201-300 group is represented in all 17 categories and is included in the top 100 in Peace, Justice and Strong Institutions (51) and Decent Work and Economic Growth (76).

This year, THE Impact Rankings 2021 ranked almost twice as many universities — more than 1,100 from 98 countries, 86 of them from Russia.

“Last year, RUDN University was in four categories for the sustainable development goals ‘Peace, Justice and Strong Institutions’, ‘Decent Work and Economic Growth’, ‘Good Health and Wellbeing’, ‘Partnership for the Goals’. This year we are represented in all 17 categories. In two categories we are in the top 100: ‘Peace, Justice and Strong Institutions’ ‘Decent Work and Economic Growth’. In particular, this became possible thanks to the research of RUDN University scientists and the university’s contribution to the achievement of the UN sustainable development goals”, said Oleg Yastrebov, Rector of RUDN University.
