Visit of the President of the University of Mohammed V (Morocco)

June 11, 2014. RUDN University was visited by Mr.Vail Bengelun, President of the University of Mohammed V (Morocco). The aim of the visit was signature of Working program of cooperation between our universities. Mr.Vail Bengelun was accepted by the Rector of RUDN University, academician of the Russian Academy of Education V.M. Filippov. In the welcome speech V.M.Filippov noted the importance of cooperation between RUDN University and the University of Mohammed V. Special attention was paid to such directions of cooperation as academic exchange, joint scientific research in the field of Arab research, organization and carrying out joint annual scientific conferences in RUDN University and the University of Mohammed V on important problems of Russian-Arab cooperation, etc. In his turn Mr. Vail Bengelun expressed interest in research development. In this regard the questions of professors and teachers exchange both for carrying out scientific research, and for teaching separate disciplines within the coordinated programs were raised. Mr. Vail Bengelun also expressed interest in the development of programs of the joint scientific guidance of dissertation research. As priority partners of RUDN University the faculty of Humanitarian and social sciences and the faculty of Law were mentioned. The meeting ended by signing the Working program of cooperation for four years.
