All-Russian with international participation student conference "Geoecology: theory and practice"

The conference is held based on the results of field practice of students. A wide range of issues in the field of geoecology will be considered, issues of conducting practices, obtaining materials during practices and analyzing the information received, including using modern GIS technologies, will be discussed.
The purpose of the conference:
Stimulating students to research activities in the field of geoecology and rational nature management, providing novice researchers with the opportunity to discuss the results of their scientific work in a circle of qualified specialists, exchange and generalization of the accumulated experience in conducting field educational and scientific-industrial practices, discussing the prospects for development and cooperation in this area.
Conference sections:
- Natural ecosystems;
- Technogenic ecosystems;
- Engineering and environmental surveys;
- Resource conservation and rational use of natural resources.
Conference master classes:
- Geoinformation technologies for a comprehensive geoecological assessment of the territory.
- Using the phytopoecological approach in the integrated assessment of the state of ecosystems.
Based on the results of the conference, a collection of papers will be published, indexed in the RSCI, and a decision will be made on the expediency of publishing a collection of papers in English with indexing in foreign databases in the future (special issue of E3S Web of Conferences)
To participate in the conference, you must send an application to the address of the organizing committee parakhina-ea@rudn.ru, the registration form and requirements for the material are provided upon request. The deadline for submitting materials is November 1, 2020.
In 2019, the first interuniversity student conference "Geoecology: Theory and Practice" was held. Based on the experience of the event, in 2020 it was decided to expand the geography of the participants.
The conference is co-organized by the Faculty of Geography of the Kazakh National University named after Al-Farabi and the Department of Ecological Information Systems of the International State Ecological Institute named after A.D. Sakharov BSU.
