International seminar “Greenhouse gas management. Reducing emissions”
On June 11, at 12:00, the International Scientific Seminar “Greenhouse gas management. Reducing emissions”.
The event is dedicated to the urgent problem of reducing anthropogenic greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions, a key factor in global climate change. The increase in emissions threatens climate stability and ecosystems, leading to an increase in average temperatures, rising sea levels and an increase in extreme weather events, which poses risks to nature and humanity.
The workshop focuses on the practice of GHG emission reduction. The participants will discuss the implementation of the climate experiment in the Sakhalin Region and other projects in this area. Tunisian researchers will share their experience.
The seminar will become a platform for discussion on modern research in the field of GHG emissions impact assessment and development of effective measures to reduce them. Participants will be able to strengthen professional ties, discuss advanced environmental technologies and approaches to sustainable development.
