Brief description of the event
People’s Friendship University of Russia named after Patrice Lumumba (RUDN University) and Russian Agricultural Bank hereby invite bachelors, master students and postgraduate students to take part in international school “Advanced Skills in Agro Research: Challenges of Sustainable Development in BRICS and SCO”, which will be held online from August 28 to September 13, 2025. The school is focused on the development of professional competencies in the field of agricultural research for specialists from the BRICS and SCO countries. Speakers, lecturers and curators of the school will provide an opportunity for students to explore the full range of new technologies, trends and innovations in crop production, digital agriculture, statistical analysis, plant genetics, and transfer the skills and knowledge necessary to ensure food security and preserve soil fertility.
The school “Advanced Skills in Agro Research: Challenges of Sustainable Development in BRICS and SCO” will include:
- Lectures, seminars and master classes by leading scientists and practitioners, divided into thematic blocks;
- Collaboration in international teams under the guidance of school supervisors;
- Preparation of an interdisciplinary project for protection;
- Closing ceremony: official certificates will be sent to the participants, and the top 15 participants will receive gifts from the organizers (we will send them anywhere in the world).
