Academic workshop “Biospheric sustainability of the countries of the world”

An academic workshop “Biospheric sustainability of the countries of the world” will be held at RUDN University.
Title: “Toxicants in the Urban Environment: the role of transport pressure”.
Purpose of the seminar: During the seminar, the speakers will consider the problems of identification and assessment of the impact of the transport system on the state of the environment.
Moderators:
- Margarita Redina, Professor of the Department of Environmental Safety and Product Quality Management of RUDN, Doctor of Economics.
- Aleksandr Khaustov, Leading specialist of the Institute of Ecology, D.G.-M.N.
Participants of the event will learn about modern methods for assessing transport load on urban areas, ways to reduce loads by changing the type of road surface, and get acquainted with Russian and foreign experience in greening road infrastructure. The participation of representatives of the All-Russian Research Institute of Ecology will make it possible to become familiar with government regulation in this area.
