The Commission on Foreign Languages of the RUDN University named after Patrice Lumumba is holding an interdepartmental scientific and methodological seminar with an external speaker at the Department of Foreign Languages, Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences at Peoples' Friendship University of Russia on May 19, 2023.
The speakers are: PhD, Director of the Confucius Institute Ivchenko Taras Viktorovich; PhD, senior researcher Kameneva Marina Samuilovna (Institute of Oriental Studies of the Russian Academy of Sciences).
The purpose of the event: The scientific seminar is dedicated to improving the quality of teaching foreign languages and cultures in accordance with the new challenges posed to humanitarian education; expanding active contacts with scientists and teachers of foreign languages from leading universities, raising the status of foreign languages, developing the academic reputation of the RUDN University named after Patrice Lumumba and the incoming mobility of leading scientists in the RUDN University named after Patrice Lumumba.
The tasks of the seminar:
- To discuss aspects related to the methodology of teaching the Chinese language.
- to provide insight into the new trends in the cultural policy of the Islamic Republic of Iran.
As part of the program of the scientific and methodological seminar of the Foreign Languages Commission of the FGSN, it is planned to demonstrate innovative didactic and methodological materials and teaching aids presented by the participants. The seminar will be attended by scientists and teachers of foreign languages of the RUDN University named after Patrice Lumumba.
