Heteroligand metal complexes as an approach to materials with controlled catalytic, magnetic and photophysical properties

The objective of the research is to model and synthesize transition metal complexes containing various (O, N, P, 8) ligands; study of the catalytic, magnetic and phosphorescent properties of the obtained complexes depending on the coordination environment of the transition metal atom, as well as the establishment of direct and inverse interrelations aimed at the directional creation of materials with desired properties. As a result, patterns of structure formation (including, supramolecular) products will be determined depending on the nature of metals and ligands, as well as their combinations; the catalytic, magnetic, photophysical properties of the synthesized compounds have been studied and their relationship with the structure should be determined; directions for the controlled synthesis of compounds possessing the required set of properties, as well as obtaining materials based on them are proposed.
