Academy of Watercolor and Fine Arts of Sergey Andriaka

The Academy was established in accordance with the Decree of the Government of Moscow dated July 12, 2002 No. 1013-GD “On the establishment of the State Budgetary Educational Institution of Higher Professional Education of the City of Moscow “Moscow State Academy of Watercolors and Fine Arts”.
By Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation No. 2497-d of December 9, 2014, the Academy was assigned to the Ministry of Culture of the Russian Federation.
