Central Customs Administration
The Central Customs Administration (CTU) is a territorial body of the Federal Customs Service (FCS of Russia), which is part of the unified federal centralized system of customs authorities of the Russian Federation and ensures the implementation of the tasks and functions of the FCS of Russia in the Central Federal District. The CTU occupies a special place in the system of customs authorities of Russia and is one of the largest among the eight regional customs administrations of the Federal Customs Service of Russia. About 20% of customs posts subordinated to regional customs administrations are passed to the share of the CTU. Among them is the Central Customs Post (electronic declaration center), which issues the largest number of declarations for goods in Russia.
The cooperation has been conducted since 2021 in the field of organization of practical training.
