Group of Companies “INKOMREALINVEST” the successor of the Moscow construction Department (SU-2 of Mosgorprom). Since 1999 the group of companies has been dynamically developing and actively implementing construction projects in the commercial real estate market. The company operates in several functional areas. Projects of shopping centers, office buildings, hotels, dealerships with gas stations, the production and logic center, medical center with a wellness complex are being implemented. When implementing projects, it solves various problems: complex coordination of underground communications and metro, opposition of residents, solving environmental, sanitary and planning issues, parking and transport interchanges and others. Since 2001 Group of companies “Inkomrealinvest” has been creating and managing its own commercial real estate in Moscow.
