• free-of-charge hotline for Chinese tourists on the Russian territory;

• special offers: sim-cards for calls across Russia with a 14-day  unlimited rate; 
• medical and recreational tours (comprehensive diagnostics, plastic surgery, eye surgery, cardiosurgery).
