The participants of SK RUSVIETPETRO LLC are Zarubezhneft JSC (51%) and Petrovietnam Oil Group (49%). Zarubezhneft JSC is engaged in the development and implementation of integrated exploration and development projects for oil and gas deposits abroad on land and on the continental shelf, construction of oil infrastructure facilities, work in the field of enhanced oil recovery, as well as the supply of equipment and materials for oil and gas facilities in various regions of the world. The State Oil and Gas Corporation of Vietnam - Petrovietnam Oil and Gas Corporation ie oil and gas activities in the whole area of the land territory, territorial waters, special economic zone, continental shelf and offshore islands under the sovereignty of Vietnam, and also carries out oil and gas operations abroad.
