The Federal Service for State Registration, Cadastre and Cartography (Rosreestr) is a federal executive body performing functions of state registration of rights to real estate and transactions with it, conducting state cadastral registration of real estate, land management, state monitoring of land, navigation support of the transport complex, as well as the functions of state cadastral valuation, federal state supervision in the field of geodesy and maps raffia, state land supervision, supervision over the activities of self-regulating organizations of appraisers, control activities of self-regulating organizations of arbitration managers.
