- Selecting and staffing from among graduates of Russian universities.
- Organising of field internships and pre-graduation practices.
- Holding of joint events.
OOO “Rhenus Freight Logistics” started its cooperation with the Federal State Autonomous Educational Institution of Higher Education “Peoples' Friendship University of Russia” (RUDN) in July 2019. Over the 6 months of cooperation RUDN's students have completed two field internships as part of Customs specialty curriculum from July 7, 2019 to July 21, 2019 and from January 13, 2020 to January 24, 2020.
After the first internship the students Elina Dzhemshurayeva and Sona Alaverdyan stated their intention to have their next training at our company. For our part, we would like to point out the students’ solid theoretical knowledge and their ability to put it to practical use, their willingness to learn new things and hone the existing skills. Elina and Sona have demonstrated independence, responsibility and attention to detail when performing their individual tasks.
OOO “Rhenus Freight Logistics” thanks RUDN for cooperation and plans to continue providing internship placements for RUDN’s students, as well as taking part in the University’s activities.
