Ownership relations have changed significantly, and with them the goals of an organization's activities and the mechanisms of interaction. Under these conditions, the role of head management structures has also increased significantly. The programme is aimed at developing the necessary competencies among researchers and researcher lecturers who will carry out research activities in the field of management and teaching activities within the framework of higher education programmes.

Educational Process

The features of the programme implementation are using elements of e-learning and distance learning technologies. When teaching people with disabilities, e-learning and distance learning technologies provide for the possibility of receiving and transmitting information in forms accessible to them.
The main courses are: Economic Systems Management, State Policy: Mechanisms, Methods and Technologies for its Development and Implementation, Methodology of Scientific Research, Modern Economic Theory.

Practice

In the course of mastering the programme postgraduate students undergo research and pedagogical internships. A feature of the programme is the predominant implementation of applied scientific research in the field of management. Postgraduate students are involved in scientific projects and programmes implemented at the Department of Applied Economics.

Career

After completing the programme and successfully defending a Ph.D. thesis, the graduate will have extensive and solid knowledge in the field of management and will be able to build a career both in business and in public service or in a higher educational institution.
