The demand for the process approach, the development of an integrated concept of business process management in tourism and hospitality, including the description of objectives, risks and performance indicators, the search for initiatives to improve activities, allows visualizing, quantifying and understanding how the whole range of processes in the tourism industry works.
С-level managers, who own the technology of the process approach in the management of companies in the tourism industry, are successfully engaged in the development of tourist complexes, the design of territorial recreational systems, their ecological balance, issues of clustering, cross-border cooperation, branding, business planning in the professional sphere, as well as strategic management of priority areas of tourism activity.
Educational Process
The Master's program “Tourism”, profile “Business processes in the tourism and hospitality industry” is aimed at those who want to learn the basics of design, organization and implementation of programs of different types of tourist and service products, methods and tools of economic analysis, methods of synthesis of scientific, technical and organizational-economic information of the activities of tourism and hospitality enterprises in the national and international business markets.

Upon completion of training graduates can carry out professional activity as middle and top managers in tourist companies, state administration bodies related to the organization of tourism, public and private companies engaged in tourism in the Russian and international arena.
Students are given a unique opportunity to undergo practical training in international travel agencies, travel agencies, travel companies, tourist holdings.
